Kanaan savors image on Indianapolis 500 trophy

Tony Kanaan is the latest Indianapolis 500 winner to have his image put on the Borg-Warner Trophy.

He is the 100th different face on the trophy that's awarded to the winner of IndyCar's most prestigious race.

Kanaan won his first Indy 500 in his 12th career start at the Brickyard in May. He saw his image on the trophy for the first time Monday at the unveiling ceremony at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum.

Kanaan, and KV Racing Technologies team owners Jimmy Vasser and Kevin Kalkhoven will receive their "Baby Borg" trophies in January.
