Judge delays Richmond Hill explosion trials
The judge in the trial of three suspects in the Richmond Hill explosion has delayed the trial.
The trials were scheduled for June 15, there is no word yet when the new trial date will be set.
Monserrate Shirley, her boyfriend Mark Leonard and his brother Bob Leonard, are accused of planning the November 10, 2012 explosion that destroyed her home on the Indianapolis south side and killed two of her neighbors, Dion and Jennifer Longworth.
The blast also led to the demolition of over 30 other homes and damage to dozens of others in the neighborhood.
