Jimmy Fallon kicks off Tonight Show with star-studded week
A new era begins.
Starting tonight at midnight following the Olympics and Eyewitness News Nightbeat, Jimmy Fallon brings the historic "Tonight Show" back to New York City with a star-studded first week of guests, kicking off with Will Smith and musical guest U2.
Here's the lineup for the rest of the week:
Tuesday, Feb. 18: Jerry Seinfeld, Kristen Wiig and musical guest Lady Gaga
Wednesday, Feb. 19: Bradley Cooper and musical guest Tim McGraw
Thursday, Feb. 20: First Lady Michelle Obama, Will Ferrell and musical guest Arcade Fire
Friday, Feb. 21: Justin Timberlake
NBC has also just released a new interactive mobile app for "The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon" (available in the iTunes store now- available for Android beginning Monday, February 17th). Viewers can use the app to submit content for interactive challenges that may be featured on the show, play custom "Jimmy-themed" games, and get exclusive messages from Jimmy and the show.
