Irsay sets sights on another Super Bowl win
Colts owner Jim Irsay was in attendance at the Colts' afternoon session of training camp in Anderson Friday.
The legal troubles of the Colts' CEO have been well documented, but he also faces punishment from the NFL, all of this stemming from a March arrest for driving under the influence and possession of controlled substances.
Irsay did not address any potential punishment. Instead, he was focused on the Colts' goals for the season.
"I really think the mindset and the atmosphere and desire to win a championship is there, and Ryan Grigson addressed the team opening up in Wednesday, and didn't shy away from that sort of goal. We want to chase it further into the playoffs and have a chance to win a Super Bowl," said Irsay.
Training camp notes: Running back Vick Ballard, who was sidelined last season with a torn ACL, had an injury at practice today that sent him hopping off the field.
