Colts owner Jim Irsay returned to the public eye Thursday night during the NFL Draft.

Irsay, a frequent Twitter user who had remained silent on the social media platform since his March arrest, tweeted late during the first round of the draft.

"Just wanna thank ColtsNation for all the love n support! Humbling! Quiet night in DraftRoom/ back at it 2morrow(but I never know with Grigs)," Irsay wrote.

The Colts did not have a first round selection in this year's draft and are slated to pick 27th in the second round, with the 59th pick of the draft.

About 30 minutes after his first tweet, the Colts' owner offered up one of his famous Twitter contests, offering a cash prize and a Colts hat.

"Let's get $100 n Colts hat to 1st 100 people who guess last 3 drafts we didn't draft a 1st RD pick ?!? It's good to get this 2014 rolling!" he wrote.

Irsay had been in rehabilitation since his arrest. Officers reported finding $29,000 in cash and bottles of prescription drugs in his car when he was stopped in Carmel.

The team said Wednesday that Irsay would be part of the city's final pitch to the league as Indianapolis tries to win the bid to host Super Bowl LII in 2018.

"Really missed you guys! Your kindness will never be forgotten! Doing everything I can to make 2014-15 season special for all of us! Go Colts" Irsay wrote in another tweet.
