The Indy Eleven wrapped up preseason play with a 3-1 win over Indiana University at Carroll Stadium.

The Hoosiers took a 1-0 lead late in the first half. Andrew Oliver's shot from 30 yards out hit the post, but Femi Hollinger-Janzen was there to head the rebound past goalkeeper Kristian Nicht.

The home team tied the game minutes later, when Kleberson took a free kick in the 45th minute. Andrew Stone charged onto the rebound, putting it in to even the score.

Kleberson gave the Eleven the lead in the 64th minute, scoring his second goal in as many games with the team. Substitute Don Smart finished the scoring in stoppage time, putting home a free kick from Jamie Frias to give the Eleven the 3-1 win.

Five members of the Eleven played collegiately at Indiana, as did head coach Juergen Sommer.

"It was great to be here at Carroll Stadium, to see our fans in the stands and have them provide an atmosphere for our players to get used to," said Sommer. "This was a really good test for us. [IU] really came out and put some pressure on us, so it was nice to have that level of competition."

The Eleven will host the Carolina RailHawks in their inaugural NASL game Saturday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m.
