It may not feel like it, but the "boys of summer" are ready to kick off their season here in Indianapolis. It is the home opener for the Indianapolis Indians.

The Indians kick off this season against rivals Columbus Clippers at Victory Field, and this is definitely a game you don't want to miss, especially if it doesn't warm up. Channel 13 is once again offering an opening night "60-degree weather guarantee". If the game-time temperature at Victory Field is below 60-degrees tonight, everyone who attends the game will get a "free" ticket to another April home game of their choice.

Indians Assistant General Manager Randy Lewandowski says nearly 12,000 fans will pack the fans tonight. The first pitch is at 7:05pm tonight, and Chuck Lofton says it may be close to 59.5 degrees, just warm enough to enjoy the game, but cold enough for everyone to get a free ticket!
