Indianapolis probes alleged false fire-response time
Indianapolis Public Safety officials ordered an investigation into claims that fire department crews falsely reported early arrival times at two different fires while they were still en route to the fires.
Our partners at The Indianapolis Star report that one of the fires in question is from May 26th in the 6300 block of Allisonville Road. An 86-year-old woman and her two adult sons died in that fire.
Councilwoman Christine Scales pushed for the investigation after conversations with firefighters.
