Starting Tuesday, another airline is offering nonstop service from Indianapolis to Los Angeles.

American Airlines will be taking off tomorrow night at 6:40 for the inaugural flight.  The new service will be commemorated with a special ribbon cutting.  It features the historic scissors used in the ribbon cutting marking the first ever American Airlines flight from Indianapolis in 1960.

The nonstop service to Los Angeles will be offered daily.

Delta also offers a nonstop flight to LAX each morning.
