An Indianapolis woman is charged with the neglect and murder of her own young son.

Metro Police were called to the 1200 block of Earhart Street Thursday afternoon to investigate a report of a baby not breathing.

Medics took the three-month-old boy to Riley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene. They took Bambi Glazebrook, 29, to the Homicide Office and then to the Arrestee Processing Center, where she was booked on charges of murder and neglect resulting in death.

Glazebrook is scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday.
