Indianapolis couple facing charges in 3-year-old son's death
An Indianapolis couple has been arrested for the death of their three-year-old son last December.
Nicholas Gulling, 27, and Sandra Tomich, 35, are facing charges in the investigation into their son's death. The boy was killed December 7 after finding an unattended handgun in his home. The gun discharged, striking the toddler in the head.
Gulling is facing charges of neglect of a dependant and neglect of a dependant causing death and is being held on a $20,000 bond. Tomich is facing a felony charge of neglect of a dependant and is being held on $1,000 bond. Both are being held in the Marion County Jail.
