IFD fights stubborn north side townhouse fire
INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - A north side Indianapolis townhouse was heavily damaged by fire Friday morning.
The fire started around 2:30 Friday morning at the Private Reserve Townhomes near 79th & Harcourt Road.

The resident of the townhome got out without injury.
He told firefighters that the smoke detectors in the townhouse woke him up around 2:30 Friday morning.
He said there was a fire in the kitchen when he got out.
Firefighters say his townhouse was heavily damaged. The two townhouses on either side were also damaged.
IFD says there were no injuries.
