There is another round of showers and storms moving across central Indiana on Wednesday afternoon. The heaviest rain should fall before 7pm. A couple of showers and storms may linger longer.

It will be warm and humid overnight with lows in the range of 65-70 degrees. Similar to the last several nights, patchy fog is possible. Some of that fog will reduce visibilities through early Thursday morning.

Keep the umbrella handy for Thursday and Friday. There will be scattered showers and storms both days, with highs in the range of 85-90 degrees.

Our best chance for our first 90 degree days of the season arrives this weekend. We have 90 degrees in the forecast on Friday, but if we get storms we may miss it. We have 92 degrees in the forecast for Saturday through Monday. It will be a hot and humid stretch of weather.

On this day in Central Indiana Weather History....

Severe storms brought a variety of weather in 1990, including a weak tornado in Indianapolis and baseball sized hail in Losantville.
