A hot air balloon crashed Saturday night in Noblesville.

The crash happened near 16th and Pleasant streets just before 8:30 p.m., according to the Noblesville Fire Department. Viewer-submitted video shows the balloon hitting power lines, which police confirm left some areas without power for about an hour.

Seven people were inside the basket at the time of the crash, but fire crews reported there were only two minor injuries. Both refused treatment.

The balloon was owned by Midwest Balloon Rides of Fishers. It took off from Harbour Shores Church at 8011 E. 216th Street in Noblesville. At last check, police were not sure if the crash scene is where it was supposed to land.

The FAA has taken over the investigation.
