A Greenwood man was killed in a crash in Brown County Friday.

Police say 49-year-old Louis Sitter was traveling south on Salt Creek Road toward SR 46 when he lost control of his motorcycle, laying it down left of center into the path of a northbound road grader. The driver of the grader, 37-year-old John Rodgers of Morgantown, took evasive action, but was not able to avoid Sitter.

Rodgers submitted to a chemical test per state law, but police do not believe he was under the influence of any drug or chemical that would be attributed to the crash.
