Friends of a woman who died while vomiting out a minivan are upset police are not pursuing more charges against the driver.

Amanda Ezra, 24, went to a party over the weekend with friends but never made it home. As she rode in a minivan, she got sick and vomited out the passenger window but while she was doing that, her head hit a utility pole. She later died from her injuries.

Kyle Papa, 23, was driving Ezra's van and was intoxicated at the time, according to police.

"I think he deserves way more charges than he has gotten," said Ezra's friend Taylor Esmont. "I believe he should be on death sentence because he took an innocent woman's life."

Papa faces multiple charges, including leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
