Freeze Warning Sunday morning for Central Indiana

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a freeze warning from 4 am to 8 am Sunday.

Freezing temperatures are possible as cold high pressure will slide east across the Great Lakes Saturday night. This will result in freezing or slightly below freezing temperatures along with some frost toward daybreak.

Counties included in the warning are Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clay, Clinton, Decatur, Delaware, Fountain, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Jennings, Johnson, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren.

These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
