Feds investigating Graco for not recalling infant car seats

Federal regulators want to know why Graco didn't include infant seats in its recall of millions of child car seats last month.

The company recalled 3.8 million seats because the buckles could get stuck -- the same buckles used on nearly 2 million infant seats. Graco said the buckles get stuck because children drop food or drinks on them, and it is sending free replacement buckles to owners.

The company said it will replace buckles on infant seats too but only if the owners request them.
