FDA wants your opinion on chocolate milk label


The dairy industry is fighting to remove the term "reduced calorie" from the label of a popular product.

Chocolate milk containing artificial sweetener is currently labeled "reduced calorie."

The industry submitted a petition to the Food and Drug Administration to drop this labeling, saying it's a turnoff for kids, and requires specific reductions in sugar or calorie content.
