Jimmy Fallon gave a peewee football team a second chance at a big entrance Wednesday night.

A video of the Wallkill (N.Y.) Mighty Mites struggling to break through a banner at a recent game went viral last week. As the team tried to enter the field, players got backed up one-by-one at the banner, eventually ending up in a big pile.

After showing the video clip during his "Suggestions Box" segment on Wednesday's "Tonight Show," Fallon and Roots lead singer Black Thought held up a banner and introduced the Mighty Mites, who successful broke through and rushed onto the stage to the cheers of the crowd and the team's cheerleaders.

One team member presented Fallon with his own Mighty Mites jersey.
