The past few days have almost been like living in Florida with heat triggering off afternoon thunderstorms. Today, a bit of a rest with most of us staying dry and highs reaching 80, warmer but still below average.
Another upper wave arrives Friday and gives us at least a chance for a thunderstorm for the opening day of the Indiana State Fair. As you would expect, the best chance would be during the afternoon when we reach our peak heating.
Look for another chance for the same kind of thing to occur Saturday but Sunday looks dry with highs in the low 80s.
