Hulman & Company announced some leadership changes Tuesday.

Doug Boles, who served as interim IMS chief operating officer this year, is now president of Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation. Boles will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including the Indianapolis 500, Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard and Red Bull Indianapolis GP.

Jeff Belskus continues as president and is the new chief financial officer of Hulman & Company. He's also on the board of directors.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is working on a $100 million plan to modernize the facility and add lighting. Governor Mike Pence signed into law a bill that authorizes the state to loan the IMS $100 million over the next 20 years. Belskus will play a big role in those efforts.

Derrick Walker was named in May as president of operations and competition of INDYCAR.

Robby Greene returns to IMS Productions as president, and will continue to be responsible for broadcast, production and radio.

Gretchen Snelling will continue in her role as vice president and chief legal counsel for Hulman & Company.

Mark Miles, Hulman & Co. CEO says the company will also hire a president of Hulman Motorsports Properties to oversee sales, marketing and PR for INDYCAR and IMS.
