Donald Sterling suit still on
A change of heart for Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling. He now says he won't sell the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. The $2 billion sale of the team was negotiated by Sterling's wife, Shelly, after Donald Sterling's racist remarks to a girlfriend were publicized and he was banned from the NBA.
Sterling's attorney says the team owner also plans to pursue his $1 billion federal lawsuit against the league.
The lawsuit claims the league violated his constitutional rights and committed a breach of contract.
