Deep freeze will gradually warm up by Friday
Cold air has settled into Central Indiana for the beginning of our week with highs only in the 20s. Wind chills will make it feel more like 0 to -10 outside.
We'll see mostly cloudy skies Monday with highs around 20.
Tonight, temperatures fall to 0, with wind chills as cold as -10.
Our "warm up" begins Tuesday. We'll still be below normal with a high of 27, but each day we will see temperatures go up a bit, and we'll hit nearly 50 by Friday. The normal high for early March is 46.
Our next chance of rain, and possibly a wintry mix, comes Saturday.
