The Dave Matthews Band is helping to grow oysters in a New Jersey bay as part of a water improvement project.

The band's Bama Works Fund gave a grant of more than $16,000 to the environmental organization NY/NJ Baykeeper Group. It will use the money to rebuild a building in Highlands, New Jersey, that was used to grow oysters.

The building was damaged during Superstorm Sandy in October.
