The viral "Ice Bucket Challenge" for ALS has reached Dave Calabro's hair.

The Eyewitness Sports Director was called out on the front stretch of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway by IMS President Doug Boles, who also challenged Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.

Boles punctuated the challenge by putting the names of his targets on the new scoring pylon at the end of the front stretch while he stood drenched on the yard of bricks.

"When you get this challenge...you have to go for it!" Calabro tweeted Tuesday afternoon.

Calabro was doused atop the podium above the winner's circle at IMS, then issued the challenge to IndyCar stars Dario Franchitti and Helio Castroneves and five-time Brickyard 400 champion Jeff Gordon.

Previously, Eyewitness Sports anchors Jason Spells and Rich Nye and Sunrise anchor Bruce Kopp also took the challenge.
