Comcast customer service call sparks outrage
A Comcast customer who recently called the company to cancel his service got an earful from the customer service representative.
Ryan Block, who posted his recorded conversation here, said in the clip's caption that the recording starts after an already 10-minute conversation with the representative.
He said the representative was condescending and unhelpful, and that he was oppressed by the conversation.
Comcast has since issued an apology, but the recorded conversation has gone viral.
