Chilly night, partly sunny Friday on tap

Your Friday forecast includes a mix of sun and clouds and highs 55-60 degrees. Winds will again be WSW 10-15mph. A stray shower is possible late in the day, but like the last few days we are not forecasting a wash-out. More places will be dry than wet. This will be the pattern for the weekend too.
The weekend forecast includes a warm-up, with highs 65-70 degrees. As that warmer air pushes our way, there is an outside chance for a stray shower. Again most of central Indiana will be dry this weekend. If a shower does develop, it will be light and won't last long.
The month of May officially kicks off this weekend, with the 500 Festvial Mini Marathon. Temperatures will be in the lower and middle 40s to start, but reach the upper 50s to near 60 degrees by noon on Saturday.
