Not Your Mother's Pigs In A Blanket

6 all-meat Nathan's hot dogs
4 sheets puff pastry
Dijon Mustard
Smoked Gouda Cheese

Thaw and cut puff pastry in 2x2 inch squares.  Slice hotdog in 1 inch sections.  Place a teaspoon of Dijon mustard on puff pastry square.  Top with hot dog slice and smoked Gouda slice.  Wrap puff pastry towards center and twist.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.

Mashed Potato Martinis

10 baking potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons roasted garlic
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 cups sour cream
2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper To taste

Garnish:  Sour Cream, Chives, Bacon

Peal and boil potatoes until soft.  Drain potatoes and place in bowl.  Add butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, sour cream and milk.  Blend with mixer or potato masher.  Place in mini martini glasses and top with garnish.
