Chase bank investigating issues with accounts, transactions
Chase bank customers are reporting trouble with their bank accounts for the second straight week.
Several customers are reporting issues with viewing their checking account balances on the bank's website or on mobile apps. Others say they also cannot use their Chase debit cards.
The company blamed a cyberattack for last week's problem.
Chase's support team posted on their Twitter account Monday night that they were looking into the reports of transaction problems and were working to correct the balance issues.
Shortly before 11 p.m., the bank tweeted that the were back up and running.
"We're back to business as usual on Chase.com & Mobile. Apologies again for the trouble & thank you for your patience," the tweet read.
