Carmel man arrested for approaching teen girls
Police have arrested a Carmel man who was allegedly approaching teenagers and giving them his social media information.
Investigators with the Hamilton County Metro Child Exploitation Task Force began investigating 36-year-old Kevin Fry in August. They say Fry had been sharing his social media contact information with young females and asking that they contact him.
Fry's actions caused Carmel school officials to send out an alert to parents of students in the district.
Fry was arrested for Dissemination of Material Harmful to Minors, a felony, and Inappropriate Communication with a Child Using a Computer Network, a misdemeanor. He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail.
