'Babyface' coming home for Summer Celebration concert

Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds is coming home to headline Indiana Black Expo's Summer Celebration.

Edmonds will join Anthony Hamilton and Chrisette Michele at the Heritage Music Heritage Festival II at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Saturday, July 19. Edmonds, an Indianapolis native, has won 10 Grammy Awards and written several other hit songs.

Tickets for the concert go on sale Monday, March 17 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the IBE Office at 3145 N. Meridian Street, Ticketmaster.com and IndianaBlackExpo.com.

A night before the concert at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Keith Sweat will headline the free concert at the American Legion Mall. After 7 and the SOS Band will also perform at the July 18 concert. Admission is free, though there are tickets available in a VIP seating area for $40.
