Ashton and Demi finalize divorce
After a two-year separation and a nearly year-long pending divorce, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are finally done.
The Associated Press reports that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon finalized the couple's split Tuesday.
TMZ was first with the news, citing documents in the case filed Tuesday by Kutcher's lawyer, "disso-queen" Laura Wasser, as TMZ calls the prominent divorce attorney.
"Ashton Kutcher has something to be thankful for this week," TMZ snarked.
Kutcher and Moore married in 2005 and separated in 2011. He filed for divorce in December 2012, but the divorce has been held up, possibly because of disputes over money.
The former couple — he's 35, she just turned 51 — have no children together. During their marriage, they started a foundation to combat sexual exploitation of girls around the globe.
Kutcher stars in Two and a Half Men and is currently dating his That '70s Show co-star Mila Kunis.
Movie star Moore starred in 2011's Margin Call and appears in the upcoming film Very Good Girls. She was previously married to Bruce Willis; they have three daughters.
