5 Things You Need to Know this morning
MAY REACH 90 TODAY:
Some of you have already reached 90 this year. But, in Indianapolis, we haven't seen that temperature since September 11, 2013. We should have a real shot at reaching 90 today. Not only will the heat return but the humidity will make a comeback, as well. Wednesday will start dry, but expect rain and a few storm when a system moves into Central Indiana later Wednesday. MAJOR JOBS ANNOUNCEMENT:

ANSWERS TO COMBAT VIOLENCE:
Mayor Greg Ballard is back in Indianapolis today after a trip to Washington, D.C. to discuss youth violence with the Obama Administration and other mayors. The group discussed My Brother's Keeper, a program Obama enacted that aims to find ways to keep kids off the streets by giving them something to do. NOBLESVILLE WOMAN RECOVERING:
A Noblesville woman is still recovering this morning after she was shot in her Meadows Glen neighborhood Monday. Tricia Wagner said she walked to her mailbox to retrieve her mail and to pull the trash can in when her neighbor of 15 years ran at her with a handgun. The gunman holed up in his house until four hours later when SWAT eventually found the suspect dead in an upstairs bedroom. Read more about the incident and how Wagner is coping.
