Police in northeastern Indiana say a 13-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound in the head in an accidental shooting.

Bluffton police say the boy was found outside a home Tuesday and was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital for treatment.

WANE-TV reports that police said the boy was talking with medics. The station reports the boy was with a group of juveniles when one of them accidentally fired the gun.
