13-Minute Meals: Sweet carrots

4 Cups Baby Carrots, sliced
2 Tablespoons Butter
¼ Cup White Wine
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Teaspoon Garlic
½ Cup Chopped Basil
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Melt Butter in skillet and add carrots, wine and garlic.  Simmer for 7 to 9 minutes.  Add honey and basil.  Stir and serve
