13-Minute Meals: Quick and easy beef burritos

1 pound ground beef cooked and drained
1 cup cooked brown or white rice
1 8oz. can black beans drained (optional)
2 cups shredded jack cheddar cheese
2 cups tomatoes diced
½ cup diced green chilies
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup diced green onion
1 package corn or flour tortillas

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Fill tortillas and top with additional diced tomatoes and jack cheese.  Bake at 350 for 7 minutes.
