13-Minute Meals: Mediterranean Ditalini Pasta

1 cup pitted Greek olives

2 teaspoons garlic

1 cup chopped zucchini

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup chopped purple onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup chopped artichokes

½ cup feta

½ cup white wine

½ cup pine nuts

2 tablespoons chopped basil

3 cups cooked ditalini pasta

Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil and wine in large skillet.  Add olives, zucchini, tomatoes, purple onions, and artichokes.  Sautee for 4 minutes.  Add pine nuts and continue stirring for 3 minutes. Place over cooked ditalini pasta and top with feta.
