13-Minute Meals: Crab cakes

1 egg

3 tablespoons mayo

4 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon seafood seasoning

1 tablespoon green onion

½ cup panko

¼ cup chopped green onion

¼ diced pepper


8 oz. fresh crab (this recipe is using claw meat)

Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients and form into cake.  Heat butter or pan spray in skillet and add crab cake.  Heat until each side is golden brown approximately 3-5 minutes per side.
