13-Minute Meals: Andouille Sausage and Chicken Pasta

2 cups sliced andouille sausage

2 6 oz. chicken breasts diced

½ cup diced onion

½ cup diced pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼  cup white wine

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups cooked pasta

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Salt and Pepper

Place andouille sausage, onion, pepper, ½ tablespoon olive oil in skillet and sauté for 3 minutes.  Remove from skillet and sear chicken in andouille drippings and a tablespoon olive oil for 3 minutes or until cooked through.  Add andouille mixture, cream and wine and simmer for 3 minutes.   Pour over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
