Butler bulldog mascot stolen

Updated:

Indianapolis - Someone stole the Butler Bulldog mascot.

School officials say a student wore the outfit and dropped it off at Hinkle Fieldhouse sometime in August. The two costumes worth $13,000 haven't been seen since.

The university doesn't have any suspects, nor is there any surveillance video of the theft.

Butler says it will take six to eight weeks to order new costumes. The school is offering a $100 reward.
