Boone County - Former Colts quarterback Jack Trudeau has been offered a plea bargain for hosting a graduation party for kids too young to drink.
The Boone County prosecutor wouldn't give details of the offer but tells our partners at The Indianapolis Star he wants Trudeau to take responsibility for the party.
Twelve Park Tudor high school graduates were arrested by police for underaged drinking at his house in June. Trudeau is charged with obstructing justice as well as furnishing alcohol to a minor. He has until September 4th to accept the plea bargain.
