Indianapolis, July 14 - This is an example of 'saving your good times in pictures' coming back to haunt the young men who recorded activities that landed them in jail.

The two videotaped themselves and the drinks that got them in trouble. Not only are there pictures, but sound on the tape.

"Kentucky Bourbon whiskey right here, and Doug and me. And we are going to do something stupid in a little while."

In addition to the whiskey, the video tape shows what deputies believe is marijuana. And the two young men drinking from a bong, which is commonly used to consume alcohol.

Then, according to Captain Phil Burton of the Marion County Sheriff's Department, the tape shows them repeatedly drinking from shot glasses.

"The 21 year old is enticing the 18 year old to make these poor decisions and bad judgements."

18 year old Dexter Schray's charges include possession of alcohol by a minor and public intoxication. Deputies arrested Douglas Harris for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Their arrests came after they took a mustang to Corporate drive in Northwest Marion county.
Harris even mentions not be able to drive in the lines. Then Schray gets out of the car to video tape Harris spinning out in a parking lot.

Captain Burton says they recorded more illegal activity.

"(They were) doing what we call doughnuts which is reckless driving. Not only in a parking lot but there were several other cars parked around them as well.

Eventually Schray gets back in the car to continue their so called fun. But when the two hit the sharp turns on Corporate Drive, Harris veers off the road and crashes.

Both suffered minor injuries, a lot of evidence, and probably a lot of regrets.
