Man arrested for showing pornography to children

Linsey Davis/Eyewitness News

Indianapolis, June 20 - Neighbors living near Colorado and New York Streets say that a man offered money to their kids in exchange for showing them inappropriate material.

"My daughters came in playing with quarters and she told me somebody gave her money to take some pictures," said the mother of one of the victims. "They are so used to getting a picture taken, it didn't seem bad to them."

In fact, it seemed like a good thing on Saturday when a man, several doors down, gave four neighborhood girls each a dollar and some candy to do something they love, get their picture taken.

"Taking pictures of my kids was not against the law but the fact that he showed porn was," said one of the parents.

50-year-old Frank Anderson lived in a school zone just above a youth center for the past ten years with his cat, his camera and according to police a host of pornographic material.

A total of four girls from two different families positively identified Anderson as the man who took their pictures, showed them pornographic pictures and then gave them candy and money. He is now in the Marion County jail facing three charges including child exploitation.
