
We have gathered the latest information on public availability of the H1N1 vaccine in central Indiana.
Starting in Marion County, vaccinations at middle schools and high schools start Wednesday. First up is Manual High School, then Warren Central, North Central, Perry Meridian, Broad Ripple and Pike.
Parents must return a consent form before their child's vaccination day. There are more than 161,000 children enrolled in Marion County schools. Health officials would like to vaccinate at least half of them.
To the west, Hendricks County has 600 doses for priority groups at elementary schools for distribution this week.
In Boone County, there are public clinics Monday night at Zionsville High School and Thursday at Western Boone High School. Both start at 5:30 pm.
Hamilton County has a public clinic Wednesday starting at 4:00 pm.
Hamilton Heights, Hamilton Southeastern, Sheridan, University, Geurin High Schools and Our Lady of Grace plan vaccinations at school this week.
Hancock County will administer 2,000 doses over the next two weeks at schools.
There is a public clinic at the Regional Hospital Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
There are no clinics or school programs planned for Johnson County this week.
