Mother pleads guilty, will testify against boyfriend in child's death

Marion County - An Indianapolis mother is pleading guilty to neglect and will testify against her boyfriend in the death of her daughter.

Prosecutors say Rachel Goodman did nothing to stop her boyfriend Tayuan Chism from repeatedly beating her 14-month-old daughter with a belt.

Liliana Goodman died in March from injuries inflicted in the beating.

As part of the plea deal, Rachel Goodman will receive up to 30 years in prison but will testify against her boyfriend.
