Keystone Towers mortgage up for auction

Updated:

Marion County - An Indianapolis eyesore could have a new owner by next week.

Last week, crews went into the abandoned Keystone Towers complex on the northeast side to inspect for structural damage, asbestos and mold.

The owner of the building hasn't been paying on the $2 million mortgage.

The loan holder will put the mortgage up for auction Thursday. Online bids will be taken through November 18th.

The loan holder decided to sell the loan rather than go through a foreclosure on the property.
