Indianapolis - Some good news to report about a Texas teenager who fell at Circle Centre Mall while attending the FFA convention.

Phillip Caler, 16, was upgraded to fair. He's being treated at Methodist Hospital after falling 41 feet from a mall escalator last month. He suffered facial fractures and several broken bones. His family has been in Indianapolis since the accident.
