WTHR |One dead in Boone County crash

Boone County - One person was killed in a crash on State Road 32 Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at around 2:40 pm in the 4700 block of State Road 32. Police say Bonnie J. Goff, 67, was driving a 2006 Ford Escape westbound when she crossed the center line into the path of a semi that was headed eastbound. Goff, who was from Waynetown, died from her injuries.
Stephen Lehner of Indianapolis was driving the semi. He was not injured.
Officers don't know why Goff's vehicle crossed the center line. Police say alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
