WTHR |Carmel band camp instructor arrested for sex misconduct with student

David Black, 22, is charged with sexual misconduct with a minor and dissemination of matter harmful to a minor.
Investigators say a Carmel High School student initially believed she was pregnant with Black's baby, although it later turned out that the teen was not pregnant. A staff member at the high school called Black, and he admitted during the conversation that he had sex with the girl.
The Carmel Police Department have text messages and pictures from Black's computer that verified their relationship. Additional evidence in the case includes a scrapbook made by the teen containing pictures and personal messages between the two.
Black remains in the Marion County Jail after a judge set bond at $50,000.
